Candelina is provided by the developer of the app. Using Candelina means you accept the terms below together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed on the App Store.
What Candelina does
Candelina reminds you about birthdays and helps you write and send wishes. Messages are always sent by you, from your own messaging apps. Candelina does not send anything on your behalf.
Your content
The people, dates, notes and wishes you keep in Candelina are yours. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having a reasonable basis to store other people's details, and for what you write and send.
AI drafts
Drafts are suggestions produced by a language model. They can be wrong, awkward or unsuitable. Read a draft before you send it — once you send it, it is your message. AI features may be limited, changed or paused, including for reasons outside our control such as a provider outage.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Candelina Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any free trial period not used is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Candelina Unlimited is also offered as a one-time lifetime purchase: it is paid once, does not renew, needs no cancelling, and is restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Reminders, imports, templates and the card remain free.
Acceptable use
Do not use Candelina to harass anyone, to send unlawful or hateful content, or to collect other people's data without a legitimate reason. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability and liability
Candelina is provided as is. We work to keep reminders reliable and show you what is scheduled so you can verify it yourself, but we cannot guarantee that a device, an operating system or a network will always behave. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a missed birthday or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
